This had been done when people of Delhi suffering due to extreme shortage of electricity and water in Delhi, Prof Mukhi said in a statement and added that his party would demand discussion on the situation that arose due to scarcity of electricity and water, and demolition/sealing drive being carried out by the Municipal Corpration of Delhi.

The special session should have been called to discuss the grave water and power problems, sealing and demolition rather than been called to save the Congress MLAs who were occupying office of profit that was against the law of the land.
