MRPL bags 1 mn petro products export order

Mumbai, May 16: Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals (MRPL), a subsidiary of the State-owned ONGC, has bagged an order for export of one million metric tonnes of petroleum products to Maruitius State Trading Corporation for one year.

The supplies of gasoline, diesel, jet fuel, and furnace oil will begin in August, an ONGC release said today.

It is for the first time the Maruitius company will be importing its entire petroleum product requirement from India, the release added.
