Donear declares Rs 1.50 dividend, Bonus isssues 1:1

Mumbai, May 16 (UNI) The directors of Donear Industries Ltd have recommended a dividend of Rs 1.50 per share on increased capital after issue one for one bonus share for the year ended on March 31, 2006.

According to a news release here today, the Company has earned a profit after tax (PAT) of Rs 24.75 crore for FY 2006, recording a 31.92 per cdent increase over the PAT of Rs 18.76 crore for the previous year.The net sales for the year was up at Rs 141.74 crore as against Rs 124.29 crore for FY 2005.

Donear's expansion plan at Surat will increase production capacity to approximately 17.5 million metres from the present production capacity of 11 million metres which is produced at the state of the art plant located at Silvasa, the release added.
