Accused denied bail in Japanese rape case

Ajmer, May 16 : A fast track court here rejected the bail applications of the four accused in Japanese tourist rape case in the holy city of Pushkar.

The main accused in the case Babloo, however, did not appeal for bail. Fast track court magistrate Mahaveer Prasad Sharma said charges have been framed against Babloo, his mother Roshni, brother Raju, and friends Sanjay and Shahi.

The victim has accused Babloo of raping her and cheating her of Rs 54,000 and sent her complaint to the police through sax from Agra on April 17.

The police had subsequently arrested the five accused and sought their police remand for interrogation.
