TDP leader criticises YSR statements
Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, May 15 (UNI) Senior TDP leader and former Home Minister Devender Goud today came down heavily on Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhar Reddy's call to Congress workers to obliterate the TDP in the ensuing panchayatraj elections in the state as 'provocative.' Speaking to reporters here, he alleged that Chief Minister was inciting violence through his statements.
Mr Goud said the Congress, which branded the TDP government as a 'stooge' of the World Bank was now borrowing from the bank by accepting humiliating terms.
He said the Congress government had failed to redeem its election promises even after two years in office.
