Sarwan lifts West Indies to 266 for eight
PORT-OF-SPAIN, Trinidad, May 14 (Reuters) Ramnaresh Sarwan lifted West Indies to 266 for eight in their 50 overs in the seventh and final one-day international against Zimbabwe today.
Sarwan stroked 92 off 114 balls and featured in significant partnerships with Shivnarine Chanderpaul and captain Brian Lara after West Indies won the toss for the fifth time in the series.
After Lara fell for a cameo 40 off 38 balls that followed Chanderpaul's 45 off 69 balls, West Indies went into decline and Zimbabwe grabbed eight wickets for 94 runs.
West Indies lead the series 4-0.
