Praj Ltd secures Rs 75 cr order for installation

Mumbai, May 15: Praj Industries Ltd has received Rs 75 crore worth orders from sugar mills and distilleries in north and western India for installation of distillery plants.

In a release issued to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), the company said that it has received orders from, the Upper Ganges Sugar Mills and Mankapur Chini Mills (Balrampur Group) for a 100 kilolitres per day distillery, each, amongst others.

Praj Industries has also received an order from Triveni Engineering for its proposed 160 kilolitres per day distillery to be set up in Uttar Pradesh while in Maharashtra, the company has entered into an agreement with Indapur SSK for a 33 kilolitres per day distillery.

All projects will be set-up within a span of 9-12 months, the release added.
