IFGL Refractories Board recommends dividend

Mumbai, May 15: IFGL Refractories Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, inter alia, has recommended payment of Dividend on Equity Shares of the Company at the rate of 17.5 per cent ( Rs 1.75) per Equity Share for that year, subject to necessary approvals and also that of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
