Flight delayed, passengers create uproar

Bhopal, May 14 (UNI) Passengers created uproar and shouted slogans at the Rajabhoj Airport here today after the Indian Airlines Mumbai-bound flight was delayed as it developed a technical snag, airport sources said.

Airport Manager Feroz Khan said the screen window of the IC 7131 aircraft cracked causing the delay. The aircraft was sent to New Delhi from where another aircraft arrived.

The flight to Mumbai took off after one-and-half hour delay.

However, Mr Khan denied that passengers expressed their anguish at the airport.
