Five awarded lifer

Sasaram, May 15 (UNI) A local court today sentenced five people to rigorous life imprisonment in connection with a murder case.

Additional district sessions Judge of the fast track court, Kameshwar Nath Rai sentenced them after hearing arguments of both sides.

They were found guilty of killing Ram Vilas Singh at Rakian village under Rohtas district on October 23, 2002.

A case was registered on the basis of the statement of the victim's wife.
