CRPF jawan among five injured in Srinagar blast

Srinagar, May 15 (UNI) A Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) jawan was among five people injured in a grenade blast in the downtown city this afternoon, official sources said.

They said militants hurled a hand grenade towards a CRPF post at Kawdara in the downtown city this afternoon, which exploded, causing injuries to five persons, including a jawan.

Two of the injured, including CRPF jawan were admitted to the hospital. Three others had received minor injuries.
