AP Govt failed to implement promises : BJP

Hyderabad, May 15 (UNI) Former union minister and BJP National Secretary B Dattatraya today alleged that the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy had failed to implement the promises made during the last Assembly elections in the state.

Mr Dattatraya further alleged that the Government had not taken steps to revive the sick industries or to provide employment to the educated youth, as promised.

The Government had failed to complete irrigation projects in the backward Telangana region, he said.

He also alleged irregularities in Government project works during distribution to the contractors.
