MPLADS funds to be utilised in three AP districts
Hyderabad, May 14 (UNI) Union Minister of State for Commerce Jairam Ramesh today announced that the two-year MPLADS funds of Rs four crore would be utilized for the development of Chenchu tribe in Mahaboob Nagar, Kurnool and Prakasham districts in Andhra Pradesh.
Speaking to media persons here, he said the MPLADS for 2006-08 would be spent on education, health and providing drinking water facilities in these districts to improve the standard of living of the tribe.
