25 magistrates suspended

Munger, May 14 (UNI) Altogther 25 Bihar government employees who were designated as Magistrates for the first phase of the Panchayat election have been suspended for 'gross indiscipline' and for not complying with the official orders.

Sub-divisional officer (Sadar) Siddhinath Jha said here that the employees were suspended on the order of district magistrate Senthil Kumar. The suspended employees have been booked under Bihar Panchayati Raj Act.

The first phase of the Panchayat election would be held tomorrow.

Further investigation is on.
