HCL implements customised call centre for TTD
Tirupati, May 12(UNI) HCL today implemented a customised Call Centre Software with a connectivity to Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams(TTD)'s database information on darshan, accommodation, sevas, donor information, among others.
Talking to newspersons here, TTD JEO G Balaramaiah said the Centre, which was launched in October 2005, during the Brahmotsavam, had set up a 24-hour Pilgrim Information Centre to disseminate information over telephone.
Mr Balaramaiah said the Centre was equipped with state-of-art call centre switch, voice logging facility, database server and agents desktops.
HCL has provided facility services, which include hardware, software, manpower on donation, HCL General Manager (South) K Venkataramanan said.
