Floating exhibition attracting attention in Vizag

Visakhapatnam, May 12 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh (DGP) Swaranjit Sen today inaugurated the world's largest floating book exhibition aboard a German vessel "M V Doulos+, anchored in the Visakhapatnam port.

Speaking after inaugurating the exhibition, he said rare books, including those about the two World Wars were among the 6000 exhibits.

The exhibition, open to public till May 25 has come here from Chennai.

During the last 28 years, over 18 million people have visited the exhibition.

"M V Doulos" has been recognised by the Guinness Book of World Records as the oldest passenger ship.
