Voltas Board recommends dividend and stock split

Mumbai, May 11: Voltas Ltd today informed the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) that its Board of Directors has recommended a dividend of 60 per cent on equity shares of Rs 10 each for FY 06.

In a release to the BSE the company said that its directors have also recommended split of shares of face value of Rs 10 each into shares of face value of Re one each, subject to requisite approvals in respect thereof.
