QUETTA, Pakistan, May 11 (Reuters) At least six policemen were killed and 13 wounded today in five explosions at a police training school in the Pakistani city of Quetta, police and hospital sources said.

The explosions occurred in the firing range of the police training school.

A hospital official said six dead bodies and 13 wounded had been received at the hospital.

''More wounded persons are being brought to hospital,'' he said.

No one had claimed responsibility for the blasts.

Quetta is the capital of Pakistan's restive southwestern Baluchistan province, the home of Pakistan's biggest natural gas reservoir, where tribal militants are fighting for greater autonomy and more benefits from the exploration of oil and gas.

Militants regularly blow up gas pipelines, rail links and power pylons, and launch rocket attacks on government buildings and army bases in the province.

On Sunday, three landmine blasts in the province killed three people and wounded seven, officials said.
