Summer cricket coaching camp at DPS Rohtak from May 18
New Delhi, May 11 (UNI) Budding cricketers will get a chance to learn the finer aspects of the game under former Test players Rajinder Pal and Gurcharan Singh in the summer coaching camp at Delhi Public Sschool, Rohtak from May 18 to June 6.
Addressing a press conference here today, former pacer Rajinder Pal said 80 budding talents would be trained in the academy in four categories -- under-13, under-15, under-17 and under-19.
''Wards from the Dronacharya Cricket academy, Sumeet Dogra Cricket Academy, South Delhi Coaching Centre and Rajinder Pal Cricket Academy will also join the camp. DPS Rohtak has an excellent infrastructure and we would provide boarding and lodging to the youngsters,'' former Delhi Ranji player Sumeet Dogra said.
''There will be swimming and gym facilities and former players like Kapil Dev and Yashpal Sharma will also attend the camp, which will be inaugurated by (former BCCI President) Ranbir Singh Mahendra,'' he added.
