Zicom launches electronic security system for homes

Mumbai, May 10 (UNI) Zicom Electronic Security Systems today launched a sophisticated security system for homes called - 'ZlCOMhome'.

The security system can secure a home at the press of a button.

It has a central monitoring station (CMS) and video monitoring station (VMS). CMS networks with the home every time the system is armed, thereby enabling response executives to monitor homes at all times, regardless of whether the consumer is at home or away. With VMS, any act of intrusion can be viewed live or the consumer can see the recorded images later, a company release informed the BSE today.

ZlCOMhome is insurance covered upto Rs 3,00,000 on burglary at the consumer's home. Also, in such a case, there will be free replacement of the system within the warranty period.

Under the system, CMS charges are from Rs 200 to 300 while the VMS charges are from Rs 400 to Rs 500, depending on the location.

Company Managing Director Pramod Rao said their objective is to provide peace of mind to the people through proper security of their homes.
