Ramadoss leads PMK demos on reservation issue

Chennai, May 10 (UNI) Members of the Pattali Makkal Katchi(PMK) led by their founder President S Ramadoss staged a slogan shouting demonstration here today, protesting against the opposition for 27 per cent reservation in the Central Government educational institutions like IIT, IIM, among others.

Speaking on the occassion, he criticised the persons, who opposed the reservation and alleged that such people did not want deserving people eligible for reservation Dr Ramadoss urged the Central Government to ensure that the reservation was implemented at any cost.

PMK President G K Mani and Dravidar Kazhagam General Secretary K Veeramani, were among others spoke during the demonstration.
