Jet Airways appoints Dale Moss as COO

New Delhi, May 10 (UNI) Jet Airways today announced the appointment of Mr Dale Moss in the position of Chief Operating Officer.

He will be based at the airline's corporate office in Mumbai and report to Chief Executive Officer Wolfgang Prock-Schauer. In his current assignment, Mr Moss will be responsible for passenger sales, cargo and operation, information technology, IT network and communication.

Mr Moss (57), an American national, has a bachelor of science degree with a major in marketing. He was awarded an academic/athletic scholarship to Fordham University in New York.

With over 20 years experience in the airline industry, Mr Moss has held various positions with British Airways in the United States.

Jet Airways currently operates a fleet of 43 classic and next generation Boeing 737-400/700/800/900 aircraft, three Airbus A340-300E aircraft and eight modern ATR 72-500 turboprop aircraft.

It operates over 320 daily flights to 48 destinations.
