High level probe commission starts work
Kathmandu, May 10 (UNI) A commission formed by the Nepal government to probe human rights violations, abuse of power and misappropriation of state funds by the royal government commenced its work today.
The five-member commission headed by former Justice of the Supreme Court Krishna Jung Rayamajhi will submit its report within two months.
It is also authorised to suggest necessary legal action against the guilty.
Chief justice Dilip Kumar Paudel administered the oath of office to the commission chairman Justice Rayamajhi here today.
