Court frames murder charges against former MLA

Patna, May 10 (UNI) Fast track court judge of Patna Ram Parwesh Chobey today framed charges against three people including former MLA Ranvir Singh Yadav accused of murdering a jailor in 1996.

According to an FIR jailor of Phulwarisharif camp jail of Patna, Ramkirshna Upadhyaya was shot dead at a place under Gardanibagh police station area here on September 20,1996.

The charges were framed against them under the various sections of Indian Penal Code (IPC) and Arms Act.
