CM congratulates civil services topper from State

Mumbai, May 10 (UNI) State Chief Minister Vilasrao Deshmukh has congratulated civil services examination topper from Maharashtra Dr Ashiwini Madhukar Joshi.

Dr Joshi has topped the civil services examination for 2005 conducted by the Union Public Service Commission from the State.

In a congratulatory message to Dr Ashwini Joshi, who hails from Chiplun in Ratnagari district, Mr Deshmukh has congratulated her and wished her a ''successful and rewarding career'' in the civil services.
