Bolivia says energy talks will be between gov'ts
LA PAZ, Bolivia, May 10 (Reuters) Bolivian Energy Minister Andres Soliz said today hours before meeting chief of Brazilian energy company Petrobras that negotiations over the country's energy nationalization would be between governments.
''The negotiations will be much more productive government to government,'' Soliz told reporters before he was due to hold talks with Brazilian Energy Minister Silas Rondeau and Petrobras chief Jose Sergio Gabrielli.
''Since the summit in Puerto Iguazu (Argentina) it has been defined that the discussions about the nationalization of hydrocarbons should be ideally between governments,'' he added.
