Transfers and postings in J

Srinagar, May 9 (UNI) The Registrar General of the Jammu and Kashmir High Court has ordered transfers and postings in the subordinate judiciary.

Vinod Kumar Gupta, one man forest authority, has been transferred and posted as judicial member in Jammu and Kashmir sales tax tribunal, replacing Gopi Krishan Pandita.

Mr Pandita has been posted as first additional district and sessions judge, Jammu in place of Sardar Kanwarjeet Singh, whose services has been placed at the disposal of the state government for appointment as one man forest authority in place of Mr Gupta.

The services of S S Sarangal, additional district and sessions judge, Jammu, has been placed at the disposal of the state government for his posting in motor accident claims tribunal, Jammu, in place of Kartar Singh.

Mr Singh was on deputation and has been recalled and posted as principal district and sessions judge, Udhampur vice D K Kapoor.

Mr Kapoor will be Registrar Judicial, High Court, Jammu vice M K Hanjura who will take over in the same post in Srinagar wing, replacing Javaid Ahmad Kawoosa.

Mr Kawoosa has been transferred as principal secretary to the Chief Justice in place of Jang Bahadur Singh Jamwal who will be registrar rules-protocol, replacing Bashir Ahmad Wani.

Mr Wani has been transferred as fourth additional district and sessions judge, Srinagar against available vacancy.

Sanjay Kumar Gupta, second additional district judge, Jammu has been transferred and posted as principal district judge, Leh vice Ashok Kumar Koul.

Mr Koul will be second additional district judge, Jammu in place of Mr Gupta Amit Kumar Gupta, munsiff, leave reserve, High Court wing, Jammu has been transferred as additional munsiff, Hira Nagar.

Balbir Lal, Munsiff, leave reserve, High Court wing, Jammu has been posted as fourth additional munsiff, Jammu.
