MP ayes transfer policy

Bhopal, May 9 (UNI) The Madhya Pradesh cabinet today okayed the government employees' transfer policy for 2006-07.

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan chaired the meeting that also took some other crucial decisions, including removing ban on recruitment, approval for mining-related rules and seizure of more than 500 acre disputed land in Rewa.

A presentation regarding the ambitious 'Jalabhishek Abhiyan' for water conversation was made and power situation reviewed during the meeting.
