Mistral sets up new development centre in Hyderabad

Hyderabad, May 9 (UNI) Mistral Software, an ISO 9001:2000 certified and CMMi level 3 appraised premium Product Realization company, today announced opening of its new development centre in the city.

Mistral Software President and CEO Anees Ahmed said the company had invested about Rs three crore on the Hyderabad centre and plans to invest another Rs 8-10 crore over the next two years.

Specializing in embedded design and development providing both hardware design and software development services, the centre will initially have 30 headcount and it will be increased to 100 over the next one year. ''We expect the Hyderabad centre to grow rapidly and emerge as a significant hub in providing world-class services to our local and global clients,'' Mr Anees said.

It would be Mistral's second development centre in India.

The eight-year-old company earned a revenue of around USD 11 million last year and it is expected to reach USD 14 million this year. The company has presence across United States, Europe and Asia.
