Hitachi Data Systems appoints Sudhakar Rao as NCD

New Delhi, May 9 (UNI) Hitachi Data Systems (HDS), a wholly-owned subsidary of Hitachi Ltd, today appointed Mr Sudhar Rao as its National Channel Director (NCD).

Mr Rao joined HDS in 2001 and has since then been an integral part of the team, looking after sales and techniqual components of the western region for the company.

Before the new appointment, he was working as Regional Director in HDS, India. His new responsibilties as the NCD will include enhancing the development of new markets through a 100 per cent channel-centric approach.

Mr Rao has more than nine years of experience in the storage industry.

Earlier, he was associated with IBM and EMC.

HDS leverages global Research and Development resources to develop storage solutions built on industry-leading technology.
