AMD to hold developers' conference in India

Bangalore, May 9 (UNI) AMD's India Engineering Centre today announced its first conference for developers in India, to be held here tomorrow.

The event, focussing on the theme 'Championing Performance', was targeted at the developer community, techno-marketing professionals, application providers and IT managers, the company said in a release here.

The conference would provide insights into four key areas - industry trends, new technologies, AMD products, solutions and architecture, and AMD's market direction and opportunities. The event included in-depth sessions, hands-on labs, technical showcases, partner presentations and informal interaction areas designed to answer technical queries and address technical problems that these professionals face in their day-to-day work, the release said.
