Moderate earthquake measuring 5.0 jolts Sumatra
New Delhi, May 8: A quake of moderate intensity jolted Indonedia's northern Sumatra region today.
The earthquake, measuring 5.0 on the Richter scale, occurred at 0714 hrs IST, the India Meteorological Department said.
The temblor was epicentred at 03.9 Degree North latitude and 97.3 Degree East longitude.
