Lankan Foreign Minister calls on PM
New Delhi, May 8 (UNI) Sri Lanka today expressed determination to maintain ceasefire and hold talks with Norwegian facilitators of the peace process in the island nation.
Sri Lankan Foreign Minister Mangala Samaraweera called on Prime Minister Manmohan Singh here this evening and briefed him on the current situation in the island nation and the peace process.
The two leaders reviewd SEPA negotiations while the Prime Minister expressed India's commitment to Sri Lankan stability and prosperity.
