Kalpataru Power recommends 50 pc dividend

Mumbai, May 8: The Board of Directors of Kalpataru Power Transmission Ltd has recommended payment of dividend at the rate of 50 per cent to the shareholders of the company on enhanced share capital after issuance of bonus shares, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) today.
