Srinagar, May 8 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad today said the state was all set to host the second round-table conference here on May 25.
He said the peace process initiated by the Congress-led UPA government two years ago was moving ahead in full speed.
''One round-table has already been held at New Delhi and for the second conference Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will arrive here which shows his sincerity in resolving all complex problems through dialogue in a peaceful atmosphere,'' Mr Azad added.
Apparently referring to the separatists, the Chief Minister expressed the hope that ''all right thinking people'' will work for the success of the round-table conference to achieve a lasting peace in the state.
About business through the Srinagar-Muzaffarabad road, Mr Azad said it was one of the big achievements in the history of trade.
He said other technicalities of utilising the Jhelum Valley road conveniently for trade would soon be sorted out by experts.
