DRPS to unite Malas, Madigas

Rajahmundry, May 8 (UNI) Dalit Reservation Protection Samithi (DRPS) founder Pilli David Kumar today said an organistion under its banner would be set up to unite and protect Malas and Madigas sections on May ten.

Addressing a press conference here, he alleged that leaders of political parties were separating them for their own 'political mileage.' However, DRPS would protect and unite the two groups in the 59 Scheduled Caste list and iron out the difference of opinion soon, he added.

Mr Kumar said economic categorisation was nesessary for peaceful co-existence and not caste categorisation.

The inaugural session of the new organisation would be held on May ten to elect office-bearers, he added.
