Court refuses bail to stadium manager

Patna, May 8 (UNI) The special vigilance judge of Patna Ramniwash Prasad today rejected the regular bail plea of the manager of Moin- ul-Huque stadium, Patna Arun Kumar Sinha in a case of cheating and corruption.

According to the charges, Mr Sinha's name was recomended for the post of stadium manager by the officials of Bihar Public Service commission (BPSC) in disregard to the minimum qualifications.

BPSC chairman Ramshighasan Singh, members D N Sharma, S B Choudhary, deputy secretary S M Ali, assistaint secretary T.N. Singh and assistant Bhimsen Prasad were also named accused in the case.
