BOC India Board recommends 30 per cent dividend

Mumbai, May 8 (UNI) The Board of Directors of BOC India Ltd, has recommended a dividend of 30 per cent for FY 06, the company informed the BSE today.

In a communique to the BSE, the company stated that the dividend, if declared, will be paid on or after August 01 this year, to those members entitled thereto.
