Azad leads by example; starts work at 0715 hours

Srinagar, May 8 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad was the first person to reach the Civil Secretariat here today on the first day of the re-opening of 'darbar move' offices after functioning in the winter capital for six months.

''I reached the Civil Secretariat at 0715 hours. I immediately got down to work...and have already completed my day's work. You people have started arriving now (at 1000 hrs),'' Mr Azad said in his brief address to the oficials.

The Chief Minister said he has got the opportunity to attend the Civil Secretariat here for the first time ever.

''Immediately after assuming office, darbar move offices shifted from Srinagar to Jammu. We spent six months in Jammu and have now moved to Srinagar,'' he added.
