Reddy flays Left's stance on FDI
Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, May 7 (UNI) The Indian National Trade Union Congress (INTUC) national president G Sanjeeva Reddy today accused the Left parties of adopting double standards on foreign investments in India.
Speaking to reporters here, he expressed surprise over the CPI and CPI(M)'s stance, while the communist countries like China, Russia and Vietnam were rolling out a red carpet for foreign investors.
Mr Reddy, who is also a Rajya Sabha MP, alleged that the Marxist government in West Bengal was trampling upon the rights of workers to strike.
