Masterblaster looking forward to take-on to the stage

Dharmastala (Karnataka) May 07 (UNI) India's ace cricketer and masterblaster Sachin Tendulkar said that having regaining the physical fitness he was looking forward to re-join Indian squad and play in the coming West Indies cricket series.

In an informal chat with newsmen the Master Blaster, who was here on religious purposes has said that he is physically fit now and has over come injuries he had sustained earlier and looking forward eagerly to play against the West Indies.

Mr Tendulkar who had come here to offer prayers both at Dharmasthala and Kukke Subramanya temples in Dakshina Kannada district in Karnataka was staying at Dharmastala along with his family members including wife Anjali, his brother and sister. They were received by the head of the temple trust Veerendra Heggade.

After receiving honours from Veerendra Heggade and other temple authorities the ace crecketer lauded the various social services being rendered by the Temple trust for the welfare of the poor people and also its concern for maintaining the heritage and culture of the society.
