GEORGETOWN, Guyana, May 7 (Reuters) Brian Lara says he will strive for harmony and healthy debate in his third tenure as West Indies cricket captain.

''My relationship with the management crew, the selectors and the West Indies Cricket Board has to be one of harmony,'' Lara, who succeeded Shivnarine Chanderpaul as captain last month, told reporters.

''It's something we're going to work on but I sense the support is there from everyone,'' said Lara, adding that his relationship with coach Bennett King, an Australian, was improving from the low it reached during his second period as captain.

West Indies and Zimbabwe were meeting in the fourth match of their one-day series in Georgetown today after yesterday's match at the same venue was washed out.

West Indies lead the seven-match series 2-0.
