Heat waves lash MP
Bhopal, May 7 (UNI) Normal life remained affected as heat wave condition prevailed across Madhya Pradesh with temperatures as high as 44 degree celsius at many places.
The temperature at Gwalior peaked at stifling 46 degrees, four notches above normal. The citadel town recorded the hottest day of the season. Guna registered 44 degrees.
People stayed out of sun as the state capital baked under 43.5 degrees, three notches above normal. The temperature is expected to remain around 43 degrees tomorrow.
Badwani, Indore, Jabalpur and Satna recorded 45.6, 43.3, 44.1 and 43.8 degrees respectively.
