Six killed, 30 hurt in accident

Narsinghpur, MP, May 6 (UNI) Six members of a Jharia community marriage party were killed on the spot and 30 injured when the truck in which they were travelling overturned after veering out of control and ramming a wayside tree 50 km from this district town today, police said.

The victims were heading for this district's Gotegaon from Khargone district's Bedia village when the mishap occurred between Paudar and Belkhedi villages. The injured were hospitalised at Gadarwara. The deceased were identified as Prem Lal Mali, Vishnu Mehra, Sukhlal Mehra, Rannchhor Mali, Lakhan Patel and Deepak Rathore.
