Second accused gets bail in phone tapping case
New Delhi, May 6 (UNI) A local court granted bail to a second person accused of tapping the phone of Samajwadi party leader Amar Singh today.
Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Seema Maini granted bail to Bhupendra in connection with the second FIR, filed in the case in connection with alleged tapping of phone calls of persons other than Mr Singh.
Bhupendra, a private detective, had recently obtained bail in the main case also.
Anurag, another accused in the case, had earlier obtained bail from the High Court.
Six persons were arrested last month for allegedly tapping the phone of Mr Amar Singh.
