Court refuses advance bail to TTE

Patna, May 6 (UNI) Special CBI judge of Patna Jawahar Prasad Ratnesh today rejected the anticipatory bail application of Travelling Ticket Examiner (TTE) of Eastern Central Railway (ECR), Hajipur, Harendra Nath Prasad in a case of cheating and corruption.

The case was registred by CBI in January 2006 on a complaint filed by the vigilance cell of ECR.

According to the charges, accused Mr. Prasad got service in ECR in 1982 and also got appointed in an additional health centre of Bihar government as Dr Harendra Nath Prasad in the year 1994 by producing same educational certificates.
