3 persons burnt alive in road accident

Nalgonda, Andhra Pradesh, May 6 (UNI) Three persons including a woman, were burnt alive and two others injured, at Choutuppal here today.

According to police, a person riding a motor bike with his wife and son suddenly applied breaks, a scooter carrying two persons hit it. Meanwhile, a speeding lorry coming from behind hit both the two-wheelars.

The impact, led to petrol spilling-out from the two-wheelers and the vehicles caught fire. The motor cycle couple and the rider of the scooter were burned beyond recognition, the police added.

The child on the motorbike and the pillion rider sustained grievous injuries and were taken to Choutuppal hospital.
