RomSourcing, the BPO division of Servit Consultanta Srl, offers customized services such as data entry and data processing, back office support, email processing and answering, web research and submission and other e-commerce support services.

Service costs begin at 6-8 EUR per hour/agent for basic services and increase with the level of complexity of the project or job. The reference price covers salary and benefits, recruiting and HR management, limited supervision and project management, office expenses, all taxes at either the national or local level and various other operating expenses.

"There are numerous reasons why our clients use our services, but perhaps the principal ones are the low labour cost and the socio-cultural and professional compatibility with the EU business environment," said Anne-Aymone Andrianovici, Executive Director of Servit Consultanta Srl. "The average salary in Bucharest is about 300 EUR per month and Romania will become a full EU member on January 1st 2007."
