RomSourcing Showcases BPO Solutions at CERF 2006
Bucharest, May 5, 2006: At CERF 2006, one of the most important annual event for IT&C companies located in the Central and Eastern Europe, Servit Consultanta Srl presents its new Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) portfolio of services to support the outsourcing needs of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), under-staffed businesses and non-profit organizations across Europe.
The event takes place between the 3rd and the 7th of May in Bucharest, Romania. The Servit Consultanta Srl stand is located in the IT&C Solutions for Business Area.
RomSourcing, the BPO division of Servit Consultanta Srl, offers customized services such as data entry and data processing, back office support, email processing and answering, web research and submission and other e-commerce support services.
Service costs begin at 6-8 EUR per hour/agent for basic services and increase with the level of complexity of the project or job. The reference price covers salary and benefits, recruiting and HR management, limited supervision and project management, office expenses, all taxes at either the national or local level and various other operating expenses.
