Four shot dead in Bihar

Sheikhpura, May 5 : Criminals shot dead four people early today in Manipur village under Ariari police station in Sheikhpura district.

Deputy Superintendent of Police Dilip Kumar Jha said the criminals swooped down on the community hall in the village where the victims were sleeping and killed them.

Three of the victims had been identified, he added.

The incident was a result of an inter-gang rivalry between two gangsters, Mr Jha said adding the police were conducting raids to nab the culprits.
