Shree Ashtavinayak files DRHP with SEBI
Mumbai, May 4: Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision Limited, active in the film value-chain of production, distribution and exhibition space, is contemplating a public issue of 37,28,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each through the 100 per cent book-building process, said a release here today.
The company, which has produced three feature films and distributed 18 films up to FY 06, plans to produce three more. It also proposes to purchase equipment for film production.
The company has filed its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with SEBI for the purpose, stated the release, adding that Allianz Securities Limited is the book-runing lead manager for the issue and Intime Spectrum Registry is the registrar to the issue.
